The Toy Tractor Times Anniversary Tractor series continues in 2003 with the 1973 Allis-Chalmers 7030. This collectors edition die-cast tractor is produced by Ertl of Dyersville, Iowa for The Toy Tractor Times.
With a special inscription printed onto the model, donating it as the 2003 Anniversary edition, the 7030 will also serve as the 20th Anniversary for The Toy Tractor Times Magazine. The 7030 has authentic 1973 Allis-Chalmers maroon and orange paint, black mask cab, rubber tires, die-cast wheels, steer able front axle and rear duals with 36 inch row crop spacing. Each model will come complete with a specially designed collectors box with appropriate identification and historical write-up on the Allis-Chalmers 7030. The Allis-Chalmers 7030 will launch a new series of Toy Tractor Times Anniversary Tractors from the 1970's. This new TTT Anniversary series will help collectors start a new collecting tradition if they have not followed the Toy Tractor Times 1/16 Tractors since their start in 1986. When TTT first started offering 1/16 Anniversary Tractors the theme was small tractors of the 40's and 50's which included the 1986 Anniversary Massey-Harris Pony, 1987 Anniversary Allis-Chalmers B, 1988 Anniversary Minneapolis Moline V, 1989 Anniversary Oliver Super 44 and 1990 John Deere L, 1991 IH Farmall A., Case VA and Ford 9n. We would like to bring a new series of popular big iron 2wds from the 1970's. The 7030 will be followed by other popular tractors from the 70's over the next few years. Ertl has offered the 7000 series Allis-Chalmers tractors in 1/16 since 1974.

For a very limited time a 1/16 7030 was produced by Ertl with out a cab and another version with an orange cab. Both tractors were available on single rear tires and had maroon chassis. Less than a year after the 1/16 7030 toys introduction Ertl switched the model number to 7040 to reflect Allis-Chalmers new upgraded tractor. The Toy Tractor Times has gone back to 1973 to offer an Ertl Replica of the original Allis-Chalmers 7030. This new collectors Allis-Chalmers 7030 has the never offered 1973 black mask Acousta-Cab, authentic maroon belly and rear die-cast duals set at 36 inches to set this model apart from any AC toy produced before.  Why the 1973 Allis-Chalmers 7030 for the 20th Anniversary of The Toy Tractor Times? On August 15, 1983 The Toy Tractor Times was launched under the banner "Linking Together The Chain of Farm Toy Collectors". In 2003 the "Times" have been revitalized in its 20th year linking readers and collectors around the world through the internet . The Allis-Chalmers 7030 in 1973 revitalized the Allis-Chalmers tractor line. Since the late 1950's Allis-Chalmers had offered a reliable and performance proven tractor line but as the new decade of the 1970's dawned it was time to create an entirely new tractor. The Allis-Chalmers 7030 offered all new modern features with improved power and comfort. This model is a perfect match for the new Toy Tractor Times
