Welcome, and thanks for stopping to view our toy selection.  To order toys or any items found on our website, we ask that all orders be called in using our toll free number 800-414-4705.  Our showroom hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.  We do not use any order form for our website and thus do not take orders over the web.  We do this mainly for two reasons.

1.  Due to the high volume and wide selection of toys and items, our inventory is ever-changing.  Also, many items may not yet be in stock.  By calling us toll free, we can go over your order and verify what we have in stock and any potential backorders.  We can then discuss with you the best way to group and ship your order.

2.  We charge our shipping based on UPS's commercial rate chart, which is based on zip code and weight and size of package.  Thus, depending on what is ordered and it's destination, we can determine how much the freight charge will be.  As I mentioned, we will gladly work with you on grouping items to save on shipping, or we offer 2nd Day or Next Day Air service when needed.
